I created this coaching circle for women just like you—women who are tired of pushing through the overwhelm, tired of pretending everything is fine, and who are finally ready to start caring for themselves with the same love they give to others.

Together, we’ll gently slow things down. We’ll use powerful yet simple tools like EFT tapping and mindfulness to help you calm your nervous system, clear emotional weight, and reconnect with the woman you’ve always been underneath the burnout.

    Each session includes calming, effective Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and mindfulness tools to help release emotional blocks and restore balance.

    Simple, supportive exercises you can easily fit into your life—no pressure, just what works for you.

  • Private Support Between Sessions (Optional)

    Stay connected and supported with optional check-ins via text or voice notes between sessions—you're never alone on this journey.
