Virginia Richard is a former technology specialist and educator with 28 years of experience in education and 16 years in private industry.
She intimately understands the stress and burnout faced by women, informed by her own journey through high-pressure roles and personal challenges—including generational trauma and the profound loss of her godmother to COVID-19 in 2021.
Motivated by these life experiences, Virginia has spent the past decade using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to create meaningful, lasting change. She is passionate about sharing EFT as a powerful tool to relieve stress, reduce burnout, and support emotional well-being.
As a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher trainer, Virginia empowers others with practical techniques to cultivate resilience and restore balance. She also treasures her role as a mother to two married children, drawing strength and inspiration from her personal life as she models mindful living and compassionate leadership.
Virginia has practiced mindfulness and meditation for over 30 years. She loves working one-on-one and facilitating workshops for groups and individuals looking to change limiting beliefs, reduce stress and burnout, increase focus, and boost overall wellness. She is passionate about personal growth and development and how technology apps can also be used to enhance their lives in a changing world.
A journey of self reflection through perserverance.
Life threw lots of curve balls for me from age 20-30, and I started down the road less traveled of who I was. My life has changed dramatically from the healing work I have done, which led me to this point of wanting to help others transform their lives. Before practicing meditation and mindfulness, I was constantly stressed, nervous, skeptical, and worried about various things in my life. It took me twenty years of experience, education, and mistakes until I was in a position where I began to cherish everything about life. The primary factor in that change? Realizing that meeting my needs didn’t deprive my family of anything! It is okay to grow and change and take care of yourself first. That is what mindfulness taught me: to take care of myself first.
Are you ready to change your limiting beliefs about yourself and others? Are you ready to take care of your inner being? If so, don’t worry, I got you! I would love to meet with you and discuss what I can offer you through mindfulness, meditation, and emotional freedom technique sessions to help you live life at a higher level.
