Meet Virginia Richard

Virginia Richard, a seasoned technology specialist at a collegiate high school, blends 28 years of education experience with additional insights gained from 16 years in private industry. She intimately understands the stress educators and students face, drawing from her journey dealing with generational trauma and the loss of her godmother to COVID-19 in 2021. Virginia is dedicated to using EFT to alleviate stress and promote well-being in the education community. Challenges in her own life inspired her to use EFT for the last 10 years to make quality life changes. She cherishes her role as a parent and example to two married children, finding balance and inspiration in her personal life. Certified as a mindfulness and meditation teacher trainer, she empowers others to cultivate resilience through breathing techniques.

As an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner and mindfulness and meditation coach, my foremost objective is to offer a pathway to personal growth and well-being that aligns with the unique needs and aspirations of each individual I work with. My overarching goal is to guide clients toward a more mindful and balanced way of living. I prioritize their well-being by providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for exploration.

My approach is deeply rooted in scientifically evidence-based practices, combining my expertise in mindfulness techniques and EFT with a compassionate understanding of the complexities of life. Through tailored sessions and personalized strategies, I aim to help clients reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and build resilience. My ultimate mission is to empower individuals to integrate mindfulness seamlessly into their daily lives, fostering a profound sense of self-awareness and inner peace that can positively impact every aspect of their existence.

MY JOURNEY

A journey of self reflection through perserverance.

Life threw lots of curve balls for me from age 20-30, and I started down the road less traveled of who I was. My life has changed dramatically from the healing work I have done, which led me to this point of wanting to help others transform their lives. Before practicing meditation and mindfulness, I was constantly stressed, nervous, skeptical, and worried about various things in my life. It took me twenty years of experience, education, and mistakes until I was in a position where I began to cherish everything about life. The primary factor in that change? Realizing that meeting my needs didn’t deprive my family of anything! It is okay to grow and change and take care of yourself first. That is what mindfulness taught me: to take care of myself first.
